Before choosing Prestige Energy Windows we got quotes from six suppliers, all of whom visited our house and measured up the windows and doors. Prestige Energy Windows was not, in fact, the cheapest quote we received but we were impressed because they returned the quote in exactly the format I had asked and unlike almost all their competitors they included a quote to replace the non-standard roof glazing in our sunroom.

Communications and final designs were handled very efficiently, options were discussed and samples of finishings and glass were provided to that we could be satisfied that what we would get was fully aligned to our expectations. Delivery dates were met all the way through the process, helped by a period of dry weather in Dublin. The installation took just slightly more than two full days, and all plasterwork etc was made good following installation, with all waste materials removed and cleaned up afterwards. The installation crew was very professional and careful to minimise the disturbance during the work. We’re very happy with the end results and the quality of windows and customer care we received throughout. I cannot recommend Prestige Energy Windows highly enough.

We had the pleasure of dealing with prestige energy windows regarding our new Garden home office/multi room and front porch. Initially greeted by Ian the salesman who answered all our questions and advised us on the best options. Eoin and Alan arrived and constructed our amazing garden home office. In my apartment complex this year a number of owners were replacing windows and doors and the common factor was that a van with the Prestige Energy Windows logo was involved with the supply and installation of all of them.

I needed to replace a very large window and balcony door and sought quotes from a number of companies. I met with Ian from Prestige Energy Company and I was immediately impressed by how professional, experienced and courteous he was. He arrived on time, explained the process in detail and gave me an instant and very competitive quote which I accepted.

Communication with Ian throughout the process was fantastic. The team who fitted and installed the window and the balcony door arrived on time, on the date agreed. They were courteous, very efficient and extremely hardworking. The fitting was a difficult job as they were working on the 3rd floor of the building. They polished the glass and even cleaned up after themselves.

Ian arrived to ensure that the fitting of the products was completed to a high standard and that I was happy with the work before he allowed the installation team to leave the job.

Had 4 windows fitted across 2 floors – fitters arrived as agreed at 8am and were done before lunch. Fitted with no mess, no damage and took away all rubbish. Would recommend without hesitation – we will be speaking to Prestige again if we need any more windows replaced.

Once the decision to proceed with Prestige was made, the order was processed quickly and efficiently and we were kept up to date in terms of timelines which were as Ian had indicated. They were friendly, hardworking and efficient, and also very aware that we were working from home and tried to minimise the disruption as much as possible. They also made sure that they cleaned up after them.

The installation was overseen by Ian and the Prestige team, ensuring that we were happy with all elements of the installation before the team finished up.

Having being so pleased with several glass replacements in May, decided to redesign one window and replace more glass. Prestige is so efficient in every way, helpful and supportive. Rectifying some minor issues they spotted. Also alerting a slight gas escape from outside cylinder, this I was not aware of. I recently replaced my double glazed glass with the more modern energy efficient coated glass. Having very large patio doors in my sitting room and another window ment my heat was escaping leaving it difficult to maintain a cozy room. Having the job done now means my heating costs will be greatly reduced when winter approaches. More than totally pleased with the team who explained all aspects of the job and carried out the work on timeframe agreed. Very pleased with sales, supply and customer service. I had all the windows and doors changed in the house and Ian was super, talking through the alternatives and making tweaks to the plans.
